Composite applications

We specialize in demanding composite applications with excellent strength, precision and finish. We have expertise in working with glass fiber, carbon fiber and aramid fiber and their combinations.

We have more than 30 years of experience in plastic composites and various special projects in which resins of special properties have been required. We have experience in fire retardants and fully fireproof resins. We also specialize in composite products used in extremely cold conditions (4 kelvin) in research equipment, such as the housings of superconducting sensors. We also have long experience in the aviation and defense industries and component applications in the medical industry.

We use the resin transfer molding (RTM) injection method and various vacuum and adhesive techniques. We have four RTM devices, two heat treatment furnaces and other special equipment needed for composite manufacture.
